Dear Guests,

Terra di Ea warmly welcomes you to its 23 hectares at Colle Prato in Tortoreto—just 2.5 km from the sea and 1.5 km from the historic village of Tortoreto Alto. Here we cultivate grains with which we bake daily bread made from ancient wheat varieties—wood-fired and naturally leavened. We grow vegetables and fruits, produce extra virgin olive oil, harvest grapes, and make honey. We also have many farm animals. We proudly preserve ancient breeds such as the Atrian Black Hen, the Teramano Goat, and the Abruzzo Black Pig.

Upon your arrival, we will accompany you on a guided tour to discover the walking paths through the sensory park and water gardens, the children’s play areas, our vegetable garden, and the farm animals.

Our vegetable garden is at your disposal during your stay at Terra di Ea—you can harvest fresh vegetables with your family according to your daily needs. Alternatively, we can prepare a selection of fresh daily vegetables for you upon request. Our farm shop also offers our own products: extra virgin olive oil, honey, wood-fired sourdough bread made from ancient grains, cooked wine (“Vino Cotto”), and homemade pastries.

Please be sure to indicate the ages of any children traveling with you. The following accommodation options are available depending on availability for your chosen dates:

* On the first floor:

– A studio apartment with a large terrace,

– A two-room apartment with a large terrace,

– A two-room apartment without a terrace but with large windows and a beautiful view of the hills, vineyards, and pool.

* On the ground floor:

– A large 50 m² family apartment with an open living space, two private outdoor areas, and two bathrooms.

– Two adjoining double rooms on request, each with its own bathroom.

A booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of a deposit equal to 30% of the total stay cost. The remaining balance, minus the deposit, is due on the evening before departure or on the morning of departure.

Cancellation policy:

In case of cancellation, the deposit will be fully refunded for force majeure or unforeseeable events. For personal reasons, the following penalties apply depending on the date we receive your cancellation email:

– Up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be fully refunded;

– Between 29 and 15 days before arrival, 50% of the deposit will be withheld;

– Between 14 and 8 days before arrival, a penalty equal to 50% of the total stay cost will be charged;

– From 7 days before arrival, a penalty equal to 100% of the total stay cost will be charged.

In case of a late arrival (one or more days) or early departure, no refund will be given.

For cancellations or early departures within 7 days of arrival during the high season, the total amount agreed upon at booking confirmation will be charged. If a late arrival is not communicated, availability cannot be guaranteed.

For bookings of multiple apartments by a family or group of friends, a deposit is required for each apartment. If one of the booked apartments is cancelled, its deposit will not be deducted from the total of the other stays.

Privacy Policy

Personal data and any other information provided to Terra di Ea at booking or during your stay will be processed respecting confidentiality and the rights of the data subject. Pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 196/03, guests are informed that their personal data will be processed solely for purposes related to the contractual relationship, including accounting and administrative needs.

HOW TO ARRIVE:

Terra di Ea is only 6 km from the A14 motorway (Val Vibrata exit). Follow the signs for Tortoreto, remaining on the state road Via Nazionale Adriatica until you see the classic brown signs for farms with agriturismo near Via Enzo Ferrari in Tortoreto. From there, continue for 2 km uphill, following the signage. For train travelers, the closest station is Tortoreto Lido, 2.5 km from Terra di Ea.

During your stay:

PARKING: A private, unattended parking lot is available 24/7 free of charge. If necessary, parking inside the courtyard behind the entrance gate can be requested.

ELECTRIC OR HYBRID CARS: A charging station for electric and hybrid vehicles is available.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Different arrival times or other needs can be arranged by phone or email.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Late check-out can be requested at booking subject to availability as an additional service.

Wi-Fi: Free open Wi-Fi is available in common areas and accommodations.

PANORAMIC POOL AND SOLARIUM: Access to the panoramic pool is from 8:00 AM to 7:30 PM. Wearing a swim cap is mandatory in the pool. On the solarium, each family has one umbrella and two sunbeds reserved.

E-BIKES: Electric pedal-assisted bicycles are available for cycling tours.

ROOM CLEANING: End-of-stay cleaning and sanitization are included. For stays longer than 15 days, a cleaning and linen change is included. Additional cleaning or linen changes can be arranged as extra services.

LAUNDRY ROOM: A laundry room with washing machine, ironing board, and iron is available all day.

HOUSE RULES:

Respect for all areas of the farm, the park, and the animal farm is appreciated and requested. To ensure guests’ tranquility, please respect rest hours from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM and after 11:00 PM.

Guests are requested to treat the interiors, equipment, and furnishings of the accommodations and common areas with care. Smoking is not allowed inside rooms or apartments. Open-flame devices are prohibited. Please inform us of any guests or persons not belonging to the farm during your stay.

Small dogs are welcome but must be kept on a leash and are not allowed in the pool and solarium area.

BREAKFAST: Included in the stay price, served between 8:00 AM and 9:30 AM in the dining room and panoramic terrace.

MEALS: You may reserve a table the evening before for lunch or dinner in our restaurant. You can choose daily from the à la carte menu. Traditional dishes prepared with products from our farm are offered. Half-board or full-board plans can be arranged at booking. Unused meals will be deducted.

Price list 2024

Our rates are calculated daily based on the length of stay and the apartment chosen. Discounts and offers apply based on children’s ages, two or more children in an apartment with parents, and long stays.

Children up to three years are our guests free of charge.

Rates range from a minimum of €50 per person in low season to a maximum of €70 per person in peak season, depending on seasonality and apartment.

By selecting an apartment in the accommodation section, you will receive a detailed proposal based on your choices.

Open all year round.

Low season: January 9 to March 23 and November 1 to December 21.

Mid season: May 6 to June 22 and September 23 to October 31.

High season: December 22 to January 8, March 24 to May 5, June 22 to July 27, and September 1 to September 23.

Peak season: July 28 to August 31.
